Howard A Grossman, MD, is an internist specializing in primary care, HIV medicine, and LGBT health. He is the Medical Director of Midway Specialty Care's Wilton Manors practice. Dr. Grossman was in private practice in Manhattan from 1988 through 2004 before serving as the Executive Director of the American Academy of HIV Medicine in Washington, DC. He taught HIV Medicine in Eastern Europe and Russia and helped set up a pioneering treatment clinic in Nepal. He practiced in San Francisco and Boston for a short period before returning to New York where he established AlphaBetterCare in 2009 in Manhattan and expanded to Millburn, NJ in 2013 as the first private practice In New Jersey specifically focused on LGBT Health and HIV.

Dr. Grossman moved to Florida in 2016 to work with Cleveland Clinic Florida in their West Palm Beach clinic. Dr. Grossman is an attending physician at Holy Cross Hospital and Broward Health Medical Center and is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians. He earned his BA in political science from Haverford College and studied medicine at SUNY Downstate College of Medicine in Brooklyn, New York. He completed his residency at Kings County Hospital, one of the largest public hospitals in Brooklyn. He has worked with government panels at the National Institutes of Health and the Food and Drug Administration.
