Honglan Shi PhD

Honglan Shi received a BS degree in chemistry in 1981 from Zhengzhou University in China, a MS degree in biochemistry in 1990 from Iowa State University, a Ph.D. degree in analytical chemistry in 2010 from Missouri University of Science and Technology. Honglan has worked as a Research Associate from 1991 to 1993 at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, Kirksville, Missouri, as a Sr. Instrumentation Manager from 1993 to 2001 at Truman State University, Kirksville, Missouri, as a Research Chemist from 2001 to 2010 at Missouri University of Science and Technology, Rolla, Missouri, and currently a Assistant Research Professor in Missouri University of Science and Technology. In addition to the service of instrument maintenance, user training, method development, Honglan has done researches in the fields of biochemistry, analytical chemistry, and environmental contaminants and published more than 40 papers
