Hongkai Ji, PhD, MA, ME is a Professor of Biostatistics at the Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health. He receievd his PhD from Harvard University. He is interested in developing statistical and computational methods for analyzing big and complex data, particularly high-throughput genomic data. He applies these tools to study gene regulatory programs in development and diseases. His research group develops methods for analyzing genome sequences, transcriptome, regulome, epigenome, and single-cell genomic data.
