Hong Xin PhD, MBA

Hong Xin is Senior Director, External Innovation Search & Evaluation, Eastern US, Johnson & Johnson Innovation at the Boston Innovation Center. She is responsible for developing an external early-stage innovation pipeline aligned with the Janssen Oncology franchise. Before joining Boston Innovation Center, Hong spent five years with Johnson & Johnson Innovation, Asia-Pacific Innovation Center, where she was responsible for implementing the Asia-Pacific Innovation Center’s strategy in Korea, sourcing early-stage innovation for all sectors of Johnson & Johnson. Previously, Hong spent thirteen years as a drug discovery scientist within the Discovery Science organization of Janssen R&D in Spring House, PA. Hong has extensive knowledge in drug discovery in various therapeutic areas and their associated novel platform technologies.
