Holly Divine PharmD, BCACP, CGP, CDE, FAPhA

Dr. Holly Divine is an Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice and Science. She is the Introductory Pharmacy Practice Experience (IPPE) Coordinator in the Office of Experiential Education and Residency Director of the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy Community Residency Program with sites at Kroger Pharmacy, American Pharmacy Services Corporation, and PharmacistCARE. She co-founded the PharmacistCARE Medication Therapy Management Service where she currently precepts pharmacy students and residents and provides diabetes education and management. This award-winning patient care service is the recipient of the 2008 ASHP Best Practices Award and 2005 APhA Foundation Pinnacle Award.
