Hodon Mohamed DO

Dr. Hodon is an award-winning and published physician, who treats women of all age groups as she provides care to them. As a pragmatic and compassionate physician, she offers a great personable bedside manner with a combination of high energy and a wondrous sense of humor. As the Founder of and Chief Medical Advisor of DrHodon.com and creator of the Youtube channel “DrHodon”, she shares real-life strategies to help everyone to take charge of their health, careers, and focus on their wellness. As the Physicians Career Coach, she helps doctors to flourish positively in their careers and lives.

Dr. Hodon is candid in sharing her experiences in surviving residency, becoming an attending physician, and transitioning into practicing medicine on her terms. She strives to empower physicians to find their ideal jobs, negotiate dynamic contracts, and avoid the administrative pitfalls so they can get back to loving what they do and living a life that they love. Dr. Hodon earned her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Denison University and her Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Ohio University. She completed her internship and residency at Michigan State University. Dr. Hodon in addition holds a certificate in Positive Psychology Well-Being Coaching from the College of Executive Coaching.
