He has completed his Doctorate of Economic Science at TIBS – Affiliated by Colorado State University, USA. Master and Bachelor in Hospital Management at University of Indonesia. As a General Affairs Director at Kemang Medical Care, Jakarta. He is also as a lecturer at various Universities. He has been an invited speaker at conferences and training on “Lean and Green” hospital in USA, Thailand, Taiwan, IR Iran, Malaysia and Pakistan. He has published 2 books of Lean at Lambert Academic Publishing.
