Henriette Rudolph MSNZ

PD dr. medical Henriette Rudolph, MSNZ Clinician Scientist, was elected Deputy Chair of the German Society for Pediatric Infectious Diseases (DGPI) in June 2021. The specialist in pediatric and adolescent medicine is thus further intensifying her commitment to this specialist society - she has been a member of the advisory board of the DGPI since 2018. The DGPI has set itself the task of promoting the scientific and practical interests of pediatric infectiology and spreading knowledge about infectious diseases in children and adolescents. Henriette Rudolph is a pediatric infectiologist and researches the permeability of the blood-brain and blood-liquor barrier for cancer therapies with genetically modified immune cells at the Clinic for Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine at the University Hospital Frankfurt at the interface of infectiology and tumor diseases. After working at the University Children's Hospital in Mannheim and in Bern in Switzerland, Henriette Rudolph moved to the Clinic for Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine at the University Hospital in Frankfurt in June 2020. There she works in the areas of oncology, hematology and hemostaseology. Since October 2020, she has been funded for her work in cancer research by the Mildred Scheel Junior Research Center.
