Dr. Heloise Cardinal made his undergraduate training at the University of Sherbrooke and residency in internal medicine and nephrology at the University of Montreal.

She holds a Masters in Epidemiology at McGill University, where she is currently a candidate for the Ph. D. in epidemiology. Nephrologist at the University of Montreal Hospital Center since 2001, she is interested in the use of biomarkers to improve diagnosis and monitoring in clinical contexts of coronary heart disease and kidney transplantation.

Goals:
Know the incidence and prevalence of coronary heart disease and its risk factors in patients transplanted kidney. Review the literature on the topics specifically kidney transplant on the management of coronary heart disease and its risk factors.

Knowing the practical aspects that must be considered at the therapeutic level in the management of coronary heart disease and its risk factors in kidney transplant patients.
