Dr. Helena A. Yu, MD, is an Attending Physician and Professor at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and Research Director of the Thoracic Oncology Service. She sees patients with thoracic malignancies and oversees the clinical and translational research program for EGFR-mutant lung cancers. As Research Director, she oversees the research program for the thoracic service. She went to Cornell for college, medical school at the University of Michigan Medical School, did her internal medicine residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, and did her oncology fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
