Helen Rainey MSC (Med Sci), BSc, RNT, RGN, Fellow HEA. Programme Leader MSc Leading People-centred Integrated Care; Lecturer BA (Hons) Integrated Health and Social Care at the School of Health, Nursing and Midwifery, University of the West of Scotland. Helen Rainey is a lecturer within the School of Nursing and Midwifery on the undergraduate BA (Hons) Integrated Health and Social programmes and the Programme Leader for the recently validated Post-graduate MSc Leading People-centred integrated Care at the University of the West of Scotland. The undergraduate programme brings together undergraduate students from a variety of areas including health care, social care, voluntary and administration roles. It focuses on the integration agenda within Scotland and the UK, the contemporary issues facing the international community, person-centred services including self-awareness along with leadership, management, research, quality improvement and reflective skills.
