Helen Perkins

Helen Perkins leads the enterprise HR agenda, partnering closely with the J&J Board. She is part of the Asia Pacific HR Leadership Team driving the Asia Pacific agenda. Helen partners closely with the Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, HR Operations and EHS teams to ensure an integrated delivery of HR support and services.

Since joining J&J Medical in 2009, Helen has progressed through roles of increasing responsibility and was appointed Director of HR in 2014. She has played a critical role in advancing the talent agenda, developing organisation capability and leading change in the complex and dynamic businesses across ANZ.
