Helen K. Wu MD

Dr. Helen Wu is the Director of Refractive Surgery at New England Eye Center, affiliated with Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston. She graduated from the Ohio State University College of Medicine, and completed her ophthalmology residency at the Kellogg Eye Center at the University of Michigan. Dr. Wu originally came to Boston to complete fellowships in Cornea and External Disease and Ocular Immunology and Uveitis at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary. She speaks English, Chinese, German and Spanish.

Dr. Wu is an Assistant Professor at Tufts University School of Medicine. She currently sees patients at New England Eye Center in Boston, as well as in community practice locations in Brookline and Wellesley. She performs surgery at both Tufts Medical Center and Surgisite (SSB), a state of the art ambulatory eye surgery center located in Waltham, MA. Her LASIK and PRK refractive surgery procedures are performed at TLC, a specialty laser center in Waltham.
