Heidi R. Wierman working with older adults and their families/care partners. Heidi R Wierman's current clinical focus is at the outpatient Geriatrics Center at Maine Medical Center, working with individuals and their families as part of an inter-professional team to navigate the challenges of memory loss and other issues related to aging. My goal is for people to remain as active, happy, and engaged in life as possible as they age. One of my favorite parts of the job is meeting older adults and listening to their stories.
