Hedley Goldberg

Hedley Goldberg is a Managing Director and Global Head of Healthcare Services at Rothschild & Co. In recent times he has advised Palamon Capital on the sale of Ober Scharrer, Tenet on its sale of Aspen Healthcare, Court Cavendish on its sale of CMG and Cambian on its recommended offer by CareTech. Over the past three years he has completed over 25 Healthcare Services and MedTech transactions, including the sales of Mater Private, Prospitalia, Corin, VisionRT, The Hesley Group, The Regard Group, Curaeos, Alpha Medical, Oasis, Alliance Medical, Acorn Care and Priory. Hedley joined Rothschild & Co in 2001, prior to this he worked at Baring Brothers. He is a qualified solicitor.
