Heather Warlan RN, MSN, PhD, CCRN

Heather Warren is a nurse at the University of California San Diego Health System, and a member of the adjunct faculty, Hahn School of Nursing and Health Science, University of San Diego, California. Heather became a nurse through the Master's Entry into Practice of Nursing (MEPN) second-degree program at the University of San Diego. She immediately followed with the Ph.D. program and completed it in 2014. During her graduate work, she completed several research studies and publications have resulted. After completing the Ph.D., Heather came to UCSD Health as the Assistant Director of Accreditation and Regulatory Compliance for UCSD Regulatory Affairs and Chair of the Nursing Research and Evidence-Based Practice Council.
