Heather Keller RD, PhD, FDC

Heather Keller RD PhD FDC is the Schlegel Research Chair in Nutrition & Aging at the University of Waterloo, and a Research Scientist with the UW-Schlegel Research Institute of Aging. Research interests include nutrition care processes (e.g. screening programs); tool development and validation; mealtime, food access, and food-related interventions; with a specific interest in the nutritional care and food intake of older adult across the continuum of care. She is the Chair of the Canadian Malnutrition Task Force and PI on the Technology Evaluation for the Elderly Network, More-2-Eat implementation project.
