Heather J. Gotham BA, MA, PhD

Dr. Gotham is a principal of the SoNHS Collaborative to Advance Health Services. Her research focuses on implementation of evidence-based substance abuse and mental health treatments for adolescents and adults, Screening, Brief Intervention, and Referral to Treatment (SBIRT), and treatment fidelity for co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.

She works with the Mid-America Addiction Technology Transfer Center. She also studies interprofessional education and other nursing education initiatives. Dr. Gotham provides technical assistance to states and individual treatment providers to implement evidence-based practices and assessments, and is a licensed clinical psychologist.
