Heather Grzych was a board-certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, author, and consultant with a unique blend of experience as a complementary/alternative healthcare provider who has also spent considerable time transforming the way companies and health insurers empower their people.

I work to help people heal their physical and emotional lives. I offer detox, fasting and yoga programs in the San Francisco Bay Area. My book, The Ayurvedic Guide to Fertility, will be published in Spring 2020 with New World Library.
