Heather Caudle RN, MSc

Heather is the Director of Nursing for Improvement in the directorate of the Chief Nursing Officer for NHS England, which she started in September 2017. She directs national nursing and midwifery strategic planning and delivery within the remits of Women’s and Children’s Services, Safeguarding, and Continuing Health Care.
