Heath Matthews

Dr. Heath Matthews is the Sports Science and Medicine Head at the Sports Science and Medicine Centre and is the Founder of the Digital Health Management System, at Sir H.N. Reliance Hospital. He is an International Kettlebell Federation Instructor and a Kinesiotape Instructor. He has been the performance director for various sports personalities viz Saina Nehwal, Abhinav Bindra, and Sachin Tendulkar. He has also worked with ace Olympians like Preeja Sreedharan, Sushil Kumar, and Vijender Kumar. He has been an auxiliary support service coordinator for Mumbai Indians.

Dr. Heath Matthews has been Team Physiotherapist for Indian Olympic Team in – Beijing Olympics 2008. He has accompanied Indian National Boxing Team as a team Physiotherapist for World Championships, Italy 2009 & World Cup, Russia 2009, and Indian National Wrestling Team for the World Championships in Denmark 2009. He has the distinction of working with the Indian National Badminton Team, Indian National Tennis Team, Natal Sharks Cycling Team, and Natal Sharks Rugby Union. He actively undertakes lecturing ventures on various topics across India and also has various newspaper-featured articles to his credit.
