Harshal Lahoti MD, DNB, DM, FSCAI

Dr. Harshal graduated in 2008 from the prestigious LTM Medical College, Sion Hospital, ranking 1st in Mumbai. He did his MD from Nair Hospital and DM from Bombay Hospital. His name was listed in state university merit in the DM final and MBBS final exams. He had the rare honor of receiving the Foundation Day award twice from his alma mater for serving the institute through excellence. He has received several accolades like Dr. Waghbhatt Award, the Dr. Billimouria Award, the Dr. Bhargava Prize, the Dr. Tara Mudgal, the Dr. Karmarkar Prize, the Dr. D’Souza Prize, Dr GM Phadke Award, the Dr. Amrut Mody Award, MVPM scholar gold medal in 2015 and awards by staff research society for his varied academic achievements. He is awarded honorary associate membership of the American College of Cardiology and the European Society of Cardiology and a fellowship of the Society of Coronary Interventions, USA for his work in the field of cardiology. His name was featured in coverage of top cardiologists of Mumbai in a special edition of India Today consecutively in 2018 and 2019.

He has worked with eminent cardiologist Padmavibhushan Dr B K Goyal for six years. He has been a university-accredited lecturer. He has worked as a Consultant Cardiologist formerly at Bombay Hospital. He has performed more than 3000 coronary interventions successfully including primary and complex angioplasties, image-guided left main interventions, and pacemaker implants. He has published research papers in various national and international journals. He is proficient in advanced coronary interventions and has a special interest in structural heart disease. He enjoys being part of a tertiary care setup where the focus is on excellence, and where everyone takes pride in providing the best possible care to patients.
