Harry Kraft PhD

Harry holds a position as a senior patent attorney at Ablynx. His main function is to align corporate business goals with IP strategy. Ablynx is a Belgian based biotech company, exploiting Nanobodies, which are therapeutic proteins based on the smallest functional fragments of heavy chain antibodies, naturally occurring in Camelidae. Before joining Ablynx he worked 11 years as a European and Belgian Patent Attorney in private practice, specialized in life sciences (providing the full range of patent services including the filing and prosecution of patent applications, the management of intellectual property portfolios, training of personnel in IP matters as well as valuation of intellectual property portfolios.

Experienced in opposition and appeal proceedings before the EPO).
