Harold C. Sox MD

Dr. Sox, a retired general internist, was chair of medicine at Dartmouth and later the editor of Annals of Internal Medicine. Now, as an emeritus active Professor of Medicine at Dartmouth, he is the Associate Director for Faculty at TDI. He leads the Early Investigator Career Development Program of TDI and manages the faculty appointment and promotions process for TDI faculty.
