Hany is currently the Middle East and North Africa area head - Drug regulatory Affairs for Boehringer Ingelheim. Leading a group of professional drug regulatory affairs experts spread across the region and piloting their focus toward securing the patient access in the region to the innovative solution and medicines of Boehringer Ingelheim.

While establishing the renowned role of Boehringer Ingelheim should have in the region’s industry associations to steer the industry toward professional collaboration with the local Health Authorities to support their journey toward becoming a recognizable and referenced authority in the world.

With his MBA from UK that has added value to Hany’s education back ground as a pharmacist toward understanding the complexity of the pharmaceutical business and established him as a capable pilot steering his organization though the rough waves of changes our region is passing through .

Hany has an extensive experience in the pharmaceutical field with over 21 years; 12 years of which in the sales and marketing side of business while 8 years within DRA, with a good exposure to all the front lines of the pharmaceutical business. During these 17 years Hany was fortunate to come across several company cultures. Companies with Head quarters located in US, Germany, Iceland, UK and South Africa. This made Hany more adaptive to perform under different business models and norms.
