Hannah Snyder is a native of Urbana, Illinois, and a graduate of the University Of Chicago Pritzker School Of Medicine. She completed her Family Medicine residency and is finishing her Addiction Medicine Fellowship at University of California San Francisco/Zuckerberg San Francisco General. Her current work is focused on reducing barriers for patients seeking medications to treat substance use disorders. She is the Project Lead for SHOUT, which builds capacity for hospitals that would like to start buprenorphine and methadone induction in the inpatient setting.
