Hai Qi PhD

Dr. Hai Qi has been focused his research on exploring the regulation mechanism of the humoral immune response, especially the relationship between immune cell interactions, adhesion, migration, and germinal center formation. Dr. Qi is currently the vice dean of the School of Medicine and associate director of the Institute for Immunology of Tsinghua University.

He is a scientist interested in creating new ways to improve human health by studying the immune system. His interests include humoral immune regulation and immune cell-cell interactions in different physiological and pathological settings. His approaches include mouse models, classical cell immunological methods, two-photon laser scanning microscopy, intravital imaging, and single-cell analyses.
