Dr. Guy W. Neff is the Founder, CEO, and Principal Investigator of Covenant Metabolic Specialists. A recognized authority in liver health, Dr. Neff consults for multiple top-tier pharmaceutical companies, guiding the development of next-generation treatments for metabolic and liver diseases. His unique combination of clinical expertise and research insight has positioned Covenant at the forefront of innovation in this rapidly evolving field.

Dr. Neff earned his medical degree from the Northeastern Ohio University College of Medicine, where he also completed his residency in Internal Medicine. He then pursued specialized training in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Louisiana State University in Shreveport, followed by a prestigious fellowship in Endoscopy, Hepatology, and Transplant Medicine at the University of Miami. There, he served as Assistant Professor of Medicine before joining the University of Cincinnati as Associate Professor of Medicine and Medical Director of Liver Transplantation. He later led the hepatology program at LifeLink in Tampa, Florida, as Chief of Hepatology and Medical Director of Liver Transplantation.

Throughout his distinguished career, Dr. Neff has authored over 150 publications and remains an active member of the International Liver Transplantation Society, the American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases, and the European Association for the Study of the Liver.
