Guilherme Moura Da Cunha, MD, completed his residency in Radiology and Diagnostic Imaging at the University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. After working as a clinical radiologist for a few years in Brazil, he joined the Department of Radiology at the University of California, San Diego as a senior research associate, where his research focus was Magnetic Resonance Imaging of the liver. Dr. Cunha moved to Seattle, Washington, to complete an Abdominal Imaging Fellowship at the University of Washington and now acts as Associate Professor at the Department of Radiology. Dr. Cunha’s research interests are oncology imaging, diffuse and focal liver diseases, and the application of deep learning to enhance imaging interpretation.
