Guglielmo Schinina is the Head of the Division of Mental Health, Psychosocial Response and Intercultural Communication, within the International Organization for Migration. He is an international expert in psychosocial assistance to vulnerable migrants and victims of trafficking, in situations of war and natural disasters. He has managed various psychosocial programs, worked as an advisor in psychosocial techniques, and has conducted training in more than 60 countries in Europe, the Middle East, East and West Africa, Asia and the United States. Caribbean, for the benefit of several organizations including UNICEF in Moldova, UNDP in Serbia, as well as for the benefit of NGOs such as Consortium of Solidarity in Italy or the Moldavian Youth Forum, and finally with the Catholic University of Milan. He manages and designs the “Winter School on Psychosocial Interventions, Humanitarian Emergencies and Displacement” at the University of Sant 'Anna in Pisa. This Winter School is aimed at psychologists, social workers and anthropologists. He teaches human rights and conflict management at the same University.
