Guadalupe Errazuriz MSc

Guadalupe Echeverria is an Assistant Research Professor at the Department of Nutrition, Diabetes and Metabolism, School of Medicine, Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. G. Echeverría has extensive experience in the development and management of applied research projects on food, nutrition, nutrition and their relationship with health and prevention of chronic diseases; in the transfer of research results to the community through interventions on diet, lifestyle, and health; and in advising the food industry on healthy properties of foods, and development of functional foods. Since 2012 she has been a member of the study group on Lifestyles, Well-being, and Health at the UC School of Medicine.
