Gretchen Goller BA, MSW

Gretchen Goller leads the Patient Recruitment and Retention group with a focus on protocol-specific solutions resulting in a holistic, patient-centric approach. The services focus on building patient, caregiver and site awareness, as well as education of the disease and study. Ms Goller has over 20 years of experience gained at pharma and CRO industries. Prior to ICON she was Senior Director of Patient Access and Retention at PRA.

Previously, Ms Goller was the Patient Recruitment and Retention Strategist at Sanofi-Aventis, with a focus on Phase II-IV clinical studies. Other roles included Clinical Trial Manager, Medical Affairs at Wyeth and Study Manager at Astra Zeneca. She has also held positions at the University of Pennsylvania including Study Coordinator and Site Director. Ms Goller has a wide range of therapeutic experience including vaccines, cardiovascular, cardiology, ophthalmology, women’s health, HIV/AIS and endocrinology. Ms Goller has a BA from the University of Massachusetts and an MSW from the University of Pennsylvania and is located in Wayne, PA.
