Dr. Paprocki graduated from The Academy of Physical Education in Warsaw, Poland, with a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy in 1992. He received a PhD from the Nicolaus Copernicus University, Poland, in 2001. Dr. Paprocki received the degree of Doctor of Physical Therapy from the Ola Grimsby Institute, San Diego, California, in 2005 following a two-year residency with the Institute in 1999-2000 with a focus on the Norwegian approach to Manual Therapy. In 1997, he moved to Vallejo in California to attend a three-month program at the Kaiser Rehabilitation Center. There, he studied a therapeutic method referred to as Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation. After fulfilling all the requirements Dr. Paprocki graduated with honors, earning the title of Certified Functional Manual Therapist from the Institute of Physical Art located in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, in 2003. In 2005, Dr Paprocki was selected to return to Steamboat Springs as a Fellow to study in the innovative Functional Manual Therapy Fellowship Program offered by The Institute of Physical Art to one outstanding certified practitioner annually. He relocated to Steamboat Springs for one year and completed the Fellowship in August of 2006. In 2001 and 2011 the American Physical Therapy Association recognizes Dr Paprocki as a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy. Dr Paprocki was also recognized as a Fellow in 2007 by the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists, an international recognition of competence and expertise in the practice of manual physical therapy. To achieve fellow status, Dr. Paprocki completed an extensive training credentialed by the American Physical Therapy Association and American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists.

Dr. Paprocki is also an educator. Since 2013 he runs a residency program at European Therapy Center, Ltd. where he helps to develop the next generation of Functional Manual Therapists. He instructs in the US with the Institute of Physical Art, which provides post education courses for physical therapists in Functional Manual Therapy since 1978. In 2014 he began to each teach in Europe where he founded IPA Poland. It brings Functional Manual Therapy to Poland and Europe. Dr. Paprocki was selected as outstanding Physical Therapist in Chicago land area by Chicago magazine in 2013 and 2014. Dr. Paprocki has a very deep understanding and compassion for patients, which he developed during his own experience with a stage IV tongue cancer, in 2009. He remains steadfast in his commitment to optimum patient care by continuing to study various physical therapy approaches and mastering Manual Functional Physical Therapy. Dr. Paprocki brings experience, intense dedication, and an innovative approach to your physical therapy diagnosis and treatment.
