Gregory Knell PhD

Dr. Gregory Knell received a Ph.D. in epidemiology from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth) in Austin, Texas. He completed a postdoctoral fellowship through UTHealth’s National Cancer Institute Cancer Education & Career Development (T32) program. He holds bachelor of science and master of science degrees in kinesiology from Texas A&M University and the University of North Texas, respectively. Before joining the HSC School of Public Health in 2023, he was an assistant professor of epidemiology at UTHealth with appointments at the Center for Pediatric Population Health (primary) and the Michael & Susan Dell Center for Healthy Living (secondary).
