Gregory Fiore MD

Dr. Fiore is a pharmaceutical / biotechnology executive and entrepreneur. He is the Founder of two life science consultancies, Fiore Healthcare Advisors (FHA) and SSI Strategy (SSI). He currently splits time between the two organizations and is the Chief Executive Officer at FHA and Chief Medical Officer at SSI.

Dr. Fiore is a recognized expert in clinical research and pharmacovigilance (PV) and has particular expertise in designing PV Systems, structuring programs to ensure appropriate medical oversight within clinical trials, and in participating in safety advisory committees. He has overseen pharmacovigilance and clinical research for more than 10 therapy areas and has experience in the US, Europe, Asia Pacific, and Latin America.

Prior to founding FHA, Dr. Fiore was the Chief Medical Officer of a global biotechnology company focused on hospital products for critically ill patients. The company had several marketed products as well as a rich pipeline and a high degree of business development activity. Dr. Fiore was responsible for Pharmacovigilance, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs standards and platforms as well as Good Clinical Practices Quality. He was co-Chairperson of the Safety and Medical Policy Committee.
