Gregory D. Garber MSW, LCSW

Gregory D. Garber MSW, LCSW, is the director of Oncology Support Services at Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. With more than 20 years of experience as an oncology social worker, Mr. Garber has worked extensively with people diagnosed with cancer as well as their families, helping them better the quality of their lives before, during and following treatment. Mr. Garber has worked in a variety of settings, including large cancer centres, community-based organizations and private practice. He has lectured widely on the topic of psycho-oncology at both local and national levels and has taught medical professionals at various colleges and universities in or near Philadelphia.
