Gregg J. Stefanek DO

Gregg Stefanek is Board Certified in Family Practice by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians and the National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners. Since 1991, he has practiced as a family practice physician at Gratiot Family Practice in Alma, Michigan, now part of Covenant Healthcare. Dr. Stefanek currently serves as the Medical Director of Gratiot Country Medical, a local physician organization.

Dr. Stefanek is a member of many professional associations including the American Osteopathic Association, American College of Family Practitioners in Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery, Michigan Association of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons, and Michigan Association of Family Physicians. Dr. Stefanek received his Bachelors of Business Administration in accounting from the University of Notre Dame. Stefanek worked as a public accountant for over a year before deciding on a career in medicine. After graduating from Michigan State University’s College of Osteopathic Medicine, he completed his internship at Michiana Community Hospital in South Bend, Indiana followed by a family practice residency at Doctor’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
