Greg Slay

Greg’s current assignment as the lead for quality assurance in adult mental health social care with West Sussex County Council is augmented by sessional involvement in practice as an Approved Mental Health Professional (Mental Health Act) with the county's Out of Hours Service. His approach to practice is best encapsulated in this observation: if staff - both managers and practitioners - are unable to be ambassadors for health and social care work, what confidence should the public have? This is even more important as we exit the Covid-19 pandemic and focus our efforts on improving the wellbeing outcomes of local residents.
