Grant Rodney

Dr. Grant Rodney, Lead for Paediatric Anaesthesia, Ninewells Hospital, has been awarded the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh’s William Cullen prize for excellence in service innovation in NHS Tayside. Dr. Grant Rodney has been a visionary, inspirational, hard-working, and doggedly determined lead for pediatric anesthesia in Ninewells for almost 20 years. During that time he has overseen and driven vast improvements in the pediatric service in Dundee, and he continues to strive for more with a plan for the development of a new twin theatre pediatric theatre suite next to the main Children’s ward.
