Graham Layer Ma

Graham has been a consultant surgeon since 1993 and is now a Consultant Breast and General Surgeon at the Royal Surrey County Hospital as well as being their Director of Professional Standards. He is also Visiting Professor of Surgical Sciences at Surrey University and sits on the Health and Medical Strategy Committee.

Graham was previously Joint Medical Director of the Trust between 2007 and 2008 and is widely published. Graham is a past elected member of the Council of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, Director of CPD, Regional Surgical Adviser with responsibility to the Department of Health and government and is a contributor to various College committees in the professional standards portfolio.
