Gladys W. Njihia MD

Dr Gladys W. Njihia is a graduate of the University of Nairobi Medical School where she attained a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery and a Master of Paediatrics and Child Health. She currently works at the busy paediatric cardiology unit at the Mater Hospital as a paediatric cardiology registrar. She is privileged to work with senior paediatric cardiologists in Kenya. She has participated in numerous medical camps where thousands of children have been screened for rheumatic heart disease. She has an interest in echocardiography and management of congenital heart diseases and is looking forward to doing a fellowship in paediatric cardiology.
