Giuseppe Marulli obtained his degree in Medicine at the University of Bari, Italy in 2000 and completed his residency in Thoracic Surgery at the University of Padua, Italy (2001-2005). Since 2001 he has actively participated in the Lung Transplantation Program and has been involved in more than 150 lung harvests from multiorgan donor and lung transplantations. Dr Marulli is currently an Assistant Professor in Thoracic Surgery at the University of Padua. He is Author and co-author of more than 60 full papers on indexed international journal, 6 book chapter and more than 80 abstract. He is a member of several societies including: European Association for Cardio-Thoracic Surgery, European Society of Thoracic Surgeons, International Society of Heart and Lung Transplantation, Polispecialistic Italian Society of Young Surgeons, Italian Society of Thoracic Endoscopy and Italian Society of Thoracic Surgery. His main fields of interest are: Lung and mediastinal surgery; Surgery of lung metastases; Robotic surgery; Mini-invasive surgery and Lung transplantation.
