Dr Georgina Allen obtained her Medical Degree at Southampton University and first trained as a General Practitioner in Nottingham. She then moved into Radiology and held posts as a Fellow in Orthopaedic Radiology at the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre (NOC) in Oxford, Honorary Consultant at the NOC, and Consultant Radiologist posts at the Royal Hospital Haslar as a Squadron leader in the RAF (now retired), West Wales Hospital Carmarthen, The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital and University Hospitals Birmingham.
