Gilles Pialoux

Gilles Pialoux is Head of the infectious diseases department at the Tenon hospital (AP-HP) in Paris (20th). A specialist in AIDS and a pillar of the Spilf (French-language infectious pathology society), he is one of those experts who have mobilized a lot around the Covid, in their departments, and in the media, first to alert on the dangerousness of the new coronavirus, then to relentlessly educate the general public. Member of the PandemIA collective and of the health pole of Terra Nova, he is also the author of "We were not ready. Logbook in times of coronavirus" (ed. JC Lattès).
