Gilles Barone-rochette PhD

Gilles Barone-Rochette is currently working as a Cardiologist at Grenoble University Hospital. He is specializing in the management of coronary disease and its impact on all cardiomyopathies (dilated, hypertrophic, restrictive, etc.). To best manage patients at high cardiovascular risk, non-invasive and invasive imaging techniques are used. The interventional cardiologist uses all imaging techniques for the implantation of implantable medical devices (coronary stents). The research themes relating to screening for damage to the coronary microcirculation and unstable coronary plaque are developed with the UMR INSERM - 1039 research unit.
