Dr.Den Brink is currently professor at University Of Amsterdam. He is specialized in Gastroenterology, Hepatology, Oncology, Immunology. His current research projects are ER stress causes rapid loss of intestinal epithelial stemness through activation of the unfolded protein response, Female hormones in colorectal cancer development, Disordered cellular communication in esophageal cancer, The role of Hedgehog signal transduction in epithelial homeostasis of the colon.
