She formed Memorable Care, a boutique management consultancy firm specializing in transformational leadershipin healthcare facilities with core expertise in cultural, clinical, and financial breakthroughsin distressed and struggling facilities. The mission of Memorable Care is to transformhealthcare practice to improve patient experience.

She obtained a BS in Biology from Kansas Newman College and a BA in Psychology/BS in Nursing from Wichita State University. She holds an MBA from Villanova University.
