Gianluca Lista MD, PhD

Gianluca Lista,MD PhD. He is an honorary professor at the Pediatrics School of the University of Milan and a temporary lecturer at the Master in Neonatology and Upgraded Course of Neonatal Mechanical Ventilation, at the University of Milan. He is the chairman of the NICU of the V.Buzzi Children's Hospital, Milan, Italy. His research activities were and are concentrated on experimental and clinical research of the preterm and brain lung during the fetal neonatal transition and in NICU. He is frequently involved in large International RCTs in the delivery room and NICU management of very preterm infants.

He published more than 100 papers in international peer-reviewed journals. Currently, he is a member of the Editorial Board of “Frontiers".He is an active member of the European Pediatric Research (ESPR) and the Union of European Neonatal and Perinatal Societies (UENPS). He is actually the President of the Lombardia section of the Italian Neonatology Society (SIN). He is frequently invited for presentations in the field of delivery room resuscitation and respiratory management in NICUs all over the world.
