Gian Luigi Canata, MD is Director of the Centre of Sports Traumatology of the Koelliker Hospital in Torino, Medical Director of the Sports Centre of the University of Torino, Board Member of ESSKA, SIAGASCOT, ESMA, and member of the ISAKOS Board of Directors. He is also deputy chair of the ISAKOS Leg, Ankle and Foot Committee, Editor of several textbooks on Sports Injuries, and active author of peer-reviewed publications and chapters published in international books.
