Ghassan B. Alami MD, FRCS

Upon completing his undergraduate and medical education in the U.S. and Canada and obtaining his Canadian orthopaedic surgery board certification in 2008, Dr. Ghassan B. Alami went on to pursue a year-long fellowship in orthopaedic trauma (pelvic and other complex fractures) followed by another year-long fellowship in shoulder arthroscopy and reconstruction. He started applying his skills in 2010 at St. Jerome Hospital in Canada and since 2013 has been practicing in both Canada and Jordan.

Whether working in his areas of expertise or looking after more routine orthopedic problems, Dr. Alami strives to provide conscientious and humane care to all of his patients regardless of their background. He is also regularly engaged in various pro bono and educational initiatives both locally and globally with the goal of improving the quality of orthopaedic care worldwide.
